Digital products

Our fonts are digital products delivered electronically after checkout. By purchasing a font, you are buying a license to use the font software under the applicable license terms. You are not buying ownership of the font software.

Checkout and billing

Payments, checkout, receipts, invoices, and applicable sales tax or VAT are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Customers may access their downloads and order history through their Lemon Squeezy order page.

Refunds

Because our fonts are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final once files have been made available or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you purchased the wrong style, package, or license by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may offer an exchange, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

If a font file is defective or substantially fails to work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Our sole obligation will be, at our option, to repair the file, replace it, or refund the amount paid for that product.

Updates

We provide bug fixes and minor compatibility updates for the current major version of a purchased font at no extra charge for at least 12 months from purchase. We may continue to provide updates after that, but we do not guarantee updates for any specific period beyond that.

Major new versions, major expansions, additional styles, or substantial character-set extensions may be released as paid upgrades.

Students and nonprofit organizations

We may offer special pricing, discounts, or free licenses to students and nonprofit organizations. If this applies to you, please contact us with a short description of your project, school, organization, or intended use.

Any such offer is made at our sole discretion, may require verification, may be limited to certain fonts or uses, and may be refused, changed, or withdrawn at any time. We are not obligated to provide discounted or free licenses in every case, and we cannot guarantee a response within any specific timeframe.

Support

If you have a problem with a file, download, or order, contact us and include your order email and a short description of the issue.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Refunds, exchanges, repairs, or replacements may also be issued where required by law or where we determine that doing so is appropriate.
