Digital products

Our fonts are digital products delivered electronically after checkout. By purchasing a font, you are buying a license to use the font software under the applicable license terms. You are not buying ownership of the font software.

Checkout and billing

Payments, checkout, receipts, invoices, and applicable sales tax or VAT are handled by Polar. Customers may access their downloads and order history through their Polar order page.

Refunds

Because our fonts are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final once files have been made available or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you purchased the wrong style, package, or license by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may offer an exchange, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

If a font file is defective or substantially fails to work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase and include enough details for us to assess the issue. Our sole obligation will be, at our option, to repair the file, replace it, or refund the amount paid for that font.

Updates

We provide bug fixes and minor compatibility updates for the current major version of a purchased font at no extra charge for at least 12 months from purchase. We may continue to provide updates after that, but we do not guarantee updates for any specific period beyond that.

Major new versions, major expansions, additional styles, or substantial character-set extensions may be released as paid upgrades.

Students and nonprofit organizations

Student / Teacher / Nonprofit licenses are fixed at $2 for students, teachers, and nonprofit organizations.

Students, teachers, and nonprofit organizations can contact us with a short project description, or just a hello message, and we will send a Polar discount code to get the license for free.

The discount code is for Student / Teacher / Nonprofit use only, may be limited to certain fonts or uses, and does not expand the license into Creator, Scale, OEM, or redistribution rights.

Support

If you have a problem with a file, download, or order, contact us and include your order email, a short description of the issue, and any details needed to reproduce or assess the problem.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Refunds, exchanges, repairs, or replacements may also be issued where required by law or where we determine that doing so is appropriate.
